Within the diverse activities of an academic and cultural character, a literary salon was organized today dedicated to the winner of the 2022 Nobel Prize, Annie Ernaux, who is the first French writer to win the Nobel Prize for literature, and also the 17th woman to win the "Nobel" prize for Literature, since 1901, as well as the 16th of the French laureates, after Patrick Modiano.
Special guest was Mrs. Saverina Pasho, professor and translator.
The meeting was accompanied by questions and comments about the novel "Vitet" with which the author won this award. The students of the Romance Studies Department, French Language Program, read some beautiful and significant fragments of this work in French to get to know this writer closely.
The meeting was moderated by Dr. Drita Brahimi, French language lecturer.
